Can I get a free sample class?

This will depend on the service that you want to get. Some teachers will give you a free sample class and others will provide an alternative. To learn more, visit our services page.

 

Are the classes online only? Do you teach in person?

All classes offered here at TSI are online. That is because TSI believes in giving the opportunity for people all over the world to learn from the comfort of the place they choose.

 

Are the lessons recorded? Can I get a copy?

One of our main priorities is your privacy. For more information about how we treat sensible data, visit our Privicy Policy. However, as an extra service, we can provide a recording of the class upon a previous written agreement. For further information visit our Terms and Conditions.

 

Do you teach children?

In general, we cover all age groups and levels. For children you can find a specilized services here.

 

How can I reschedule? Can I cancel a lesson/session?

To reschedule, contact your teacher at team@todosobreingles.com 24 hours before the lesson/session you want to reschedule in order to discuss availability. 


You may cancel your lesson/session up to 24 hours before it begins and request to receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson/session will not be refunded.

 

Do you offer any other languages?

TSI was originally created to help English learners. However, we strive for people to learn more and that is the reason to have special services in other languages. You can find them here.

 

Can I take a lesson now or do I need to book in advance?

To make sure you get all the benefits we can provide, we have set the minimum time to book to 48 hours in advanced.

 

What is the timezone when booking a class?

The calendars shown in the services page are for reference and show Central European Time (GMT+2). However, once you decide to start learning, you will be taken to a booking page showing all available time slots in your local time for your convenience.

 

Do I have to pay to subscribe to the newsletter/obtain the free guide?

Subscription to our newsletter is completely free. And yes, you will get the free guide. That's how nice we are!

 

Software & payments:

What device/software do I need to take the class?

You will need a laptop or desktop computer with a camera and a microphone. Also, you need to make sure you are in a quite room without distractions. Of course, a stable internet connection is necessary for you to enjoy the experience.

 

What happens if I have connection issues?

Your teacher will give you up to 15 minutes for you to try to solve the connection problem. After that you will be instructed on a possible solution.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit/debit cards. We are continuously working to add more payment methods in the near future.

 

How is the payment process?

First, you will need to select the teacher you would like to have the lesson with and click on the booking button. From there, you will be guided through a simple process for payment and date reservation.

 

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. You will get a receipt for your records.

Do I get a certificate?

As soon as you finish the whole course, you will get a certificate of completion. However, this is not an official certificate of any kind.

 

Do I get practice tests?

Yes, of course. Practice makes perfect!
